Do you have a question about the website, a technical issue, or a billing question?

I signed up, but I haven't been receiving any emails. What do I do?

This can sometimes happen if at one time you have unsubscribed from any of our emails (either on purpose or on accident). To make sure you receive all of our Cosmic Community updates, please fill out this form and you’ll start receiving them going forward.

If there is a past letter you missed that you really wanted to get, simply fill out the form below and we would be happy to forward it to you!

How do I unsubscribe from my membership?

You can unsubscribe or resubscribe to the community at any time! Simply head over to My Account when logged in (also accessible from the Member Dashboard under ‘Update Account Settings’). In the ‘Account Details’ section under Membership Level, there is a link to ‘Cancel’.

This will stop all future payments, but you will still retain full access to all of your member benefits until your current billing cycle comes to an end.

If you no longer wish to receive messages from us, you can click ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any of our emails. Keep in mind this will unsubscribe you from our main weekly newsletter, though, too! (If you want to stay on that list, you’ll just need to head over to our home page to sign up again.)

I can't seem to be able to log in. Help?

The most common reason for log-in issues is an expired account. You can check to see if your account has expired by finding the email you received from Paypal that explained when your billing period ends. If your account has expired, you’ll need to checkout again with a new plan here.

If your account has not expired, try choosing ‘Forgot password?’ and going through the steps there. If neither of these options work, feel free to reach out and we’d be happy to help you get back in ASAP!
