To determine the best time zone to watch in the Moon Journal, you’ll want to visit the Time Convertor here.
- Open the link above in a new window.
- Under “Add locations”, type in your current city and country.
- Drag your location to the top of the list. This will then show you how many hours ahead or behind the other time zones are.
- Use the time that is closest as you are working with the Moon Journal (i.e. I live in Honolulu, Hawaii which is 2-3 hours behind PT depending on the time of year, so I would use PT and subtract 2-3 hours in my head.)
Remember: You don’t have to journal at the exact time of each moon phase. Sometime within 24-48 hours afterward is ideal, but ANYTIME after the time has passed is okay!
