About the position:

The Community Strategist & Administrative Coordinator role’s primary responsibility is to support Cheryl Pipia’s Personal Brand as well as the Mission & Movement correspondence and relationship management.

  • Manage correspondence with potential clients, press, and other miscellany
  • Develop and format client systems
  • Coordinate scheduling for Principals with potential clients, existing clients, and others
  • Work with the vendors such as BrandHuman to manage newsletter mailchimp campaigns
  • Maintain the daily functions of Cheryl Pipia
  • Light bookkeeping
  • Develop new and streamline existing operational processes
  • Community management- Social Media Support
  • Partnership & collaborations management
  • Identify opportunities for networking and client acquisition
  • Miscellaneous

-Must be flexible, detail-oriented, good at multitasking, a self-starter, and an independent worker. You must hold trust and privacy in top regard.

+Very tech-savvy and comfortable with computers
+Quickbooks, Office, Photoshop, and InDesign skills a must
+Excellent communication skills: both oral and written
+Bachelor Degree Required

-This is a Part-time job with the possibility of becoming a full-time job.  Expected hours per week range from 15 – 20, ideally spread over 5 days.

Pay: $25/hour with incentives for periodic bonuses.

Covid work protocol: This will be a zoom role for the time being.
